Nesan holds a  Senior Executive MBA (Melbourne business School), BA, Dip. Personal Financial Management, Cert iv. in Training and assessment, Cert. iv in Marketing, Cert. in Business Acumen. He attended the General Management program at the Australian Graduate School of Management, studied Strategic Nnnovation at UC Berkeley and European Business at Otto Beisham School of Management – Germany. He holds the gold standard in management as a Chartered Manager (UK) and is a Fellow of the Institute of Managers & Leaders

Nesan has lived and worked in South Africa, New Zealand, Australia, USA, Japan, Korea and China. While leadership, strategy, management and training are his forte, Nesan is highly skilled in conducting in-depth analyses of  complicated organisational structures and works  with his clients to design and execute profitable and sustainable business solutions. Nesan’s most recent background includes Executive Management roles with some of Australia’s biggest banks where he held P&L responsibility for multi-billion dollar businesses. He is a licensed Business/Executive and Life Coach with Mars Venus Coaching and has been personally trained as a gender intelligence expert by the world renowned Barbara Annis, Founder of the New York based Gender Intelligence Group & Dr John Gray Ph.D, author of ‘Men are from Mars, Women are from Venus.’
